During my summer internship, I supported multiple hospitality design projects ranging from prototype hotels to custom properties. I assisted with client-facing needs by preparing schematic design presentations, attending meetings, and coordinating vendor sample packages.

My technical work included drafting and tagging AutoCAD plans, elevations, and public space layouts, where I gained speed and accuracy through redline revisions and sheet setup. I also created FF&E and finishes specification books, entered product data into DesignSpec, and managed vendor communication for sample ordering and tracking, developing an Excel system to streamline access for the team. By shifting between several active projects, I contributed to team coordination, balancing deadlines, and supporting designers with both technical and organizational tasks.
